-Identify and implement process improvements, optimizations, cost-saving opportunities, and productivity enhancements. -Drive operational efficiency initiatives across site activities, aligned with Aramco’s excellence frameworks. -Develop and monitor performance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools. -Collaborate with project teams to integrate digital tools and smart systems for better visibility and control. -Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and audits to promote a culture of excellence.

What You Bring

-Excellent analytical, facilitation, and communication skills -Experience in mega EPCM project . -Strong background in operational excellence, preferably within Saudi Aramco projects. -Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. -Experience in identical roles, with proven exposure to Saudi Aramco and capital projects. -Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field. -Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira) -Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
