Tasks
-Coordinate design and schedules with other disciplines and suppliers -Contribute to meaningful projects like university research centers, K-12 schools, and campus life hubs — all designed to enhance student experiences. -Review project documents for accuracy and completeness before final checks -Support client relations, maintain project design notebooks, and prepare permanent record documentation -Prepare and issue addendum information -Assist in designing discipline-specific systems per code and IMEG standards -Conduct job site observations and perform services per contract requirements -Document design decisions, meetings, and client instructions while tracking progress -Learn how to reduce embodied carbon and apply sustainable design strategies that make a real difference in the built environment.

What You Bring
-Proficient with MS Office Suite including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and Outlook -Gain experience with 3D modeling, seismic design, and advanced structural systems using the latest engineering technologies. -Completed at least 2 years towards a Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering, or equivalent, required -Skilled in AutoCAD and/or Building Information Modeling (BIM) software -Ability to clearly communicate in both oral and written communication to individuals or groups -Prior internship experience in the building design consulting industry preferred
