Sub-Supervisor / Junior Supervisor

Overview

Assist senior supervisors in daily site coordination, safety, and progress reporting.

Tasks

-Helping resolve on-site issues promptly to maintain workflow. -Coordinating daily site activities and subcontractor management. -Monitoring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. -Supporting the implementation of project plans, schedules, and site documentation. -Maintaining accurate records of site activities and materials. -Conducting site inspections and report progress to senior supervisors.

What You Bring

-Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. -Basic understanding of WHS regulations and site safety practices. -1–2 years of experience in a construction or site-based role (internships or trade background considered). -Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with construction management software (desirable). -Strong communication and organizational skills. -To be an Australian Citizen at the time of application. -Trade qualification or Certificate III/IV in Building and Construction or equivalent qualification. -To hold, or be able to obtain a Government Security Clearance.
