Tasks

-Create and develop overall project/design concepts; formulate project presentation strategies and client presentations -Provide long term planning for clients and their future projects -Provide solutions for projects and team challenges -Evaluate design alternatives based on site and code requirements -Serve as leader to project team and consultants -Represent E4H and maintain client relationships -Maintain project budget and communicate updates with owner -Work with all consultants throughout design phases -Mentor, train, and guide project teams -Manage client interaction and decision making related to projects -Act as primary liaison between E4H team and client/owner -Responsible for project success and oversight of scope, schedule and budget -Define program requirements and establish project parameters based on client needs

What You Bring

-Professional verbal and written communication skills -Knowledge of current trends and areas of future growth within industry -Proven track record in creating and maintaining a client network and in leveraging that network into design opportunities -Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, costs and code applicable to the design process -Experience in public speaking -Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership qualities -At least 7 years of experience -Experience in the marketing process, client interviews and relationship building -Licensed Architect preferred -Knowledge of local, state and national building codes, regulations and approval processes -Ability and willingness to travel as necessary -Ability to successfully manage client expectations, team communication, and consultant coordination -Experience in all phases of project management and design, including long-term planning and budget management
