Health, Safety, and Environment Specialist

Tasks

-Ensure data accuracy and on time tracking and submission of HSE metrics and reports -Maintain EHS equipment and associated documentation requirements (e.g. Training records, injury logs, waste manifests, etc.) -Coordinate the closure of all findings and observations from audits and inspections. -Work closely with manufacturing, facilities, and other teams to provide EHS support, mentoring, and engagement. -Support the Operation Team with ensuring the full implementation and consistent execution of the Baker Hughes (EHS) programs and ensure compliance all applicable regulations. -Provide general administrative and record-keeping support for all related regulatory records. -Conduct internal EHS inspections (i.e., hazardous waste areas, housekeeping, emergency response equipment, etc.) -Participate on accident investigation.

What You Bring

-Have an ability to influence others and lead small teams -Have a good understanding of EHS-related laws and regulations. -Expertise on ISO standards -Have a proficiency in Tamil (local language)) -Have a working exposure on Legal requirements -Have an exposure in Manufacturing, Oil & Gas background -Have a go good problem identification and solution skills -Have NEBOSH Certification -Have an ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. -Have 4+ years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety
