Adhere to professional standards, ethics and Stantec quality procedures.
Electrical design for a range of building projects, providing reports, studies, design calculations, drawings and specifications.
Support and contribute to the discipline leadership teams and develop Stantec engineering systems.
Ensuring current and future workloads within the Electrical section achieve attainment of financial targets whilst contributing to high staff morale.
Ensuring that the Electrical Section maintains an appropriate level of service to key clients.
Design, documentation and superintendence including project review, liaison with client and consultant team, liaison with authorities, reporting, contract administration and quality audits.
Support and offer guidance to Project Engineers, Engineers and Graduate Engineers to enable them to perform successfully at all levels.

Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or equivalent, and ideally a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in the engineering industry or consulting.
Working towards being a Chartered Professional Engineer (or equivalent)
Willingness to establish and maintain strong client relationships to formulate repeat opportunities
Knowledge of the New Zealand Building Code and relevant Australian and New Zealand Standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in a Consulting environment within the Building services industry
Ability to multitask between project involvement and Section performance
