Tasks

Supervise and develop a skilled production team. Join at the very start of site build-out — shape the future of production. Play a central role in scaling from setup to full commercial release. Take ownership of production at this new UK manufacturing facility, joining from the ground up. Lead operations, build the team, and ensure products are made efficiently and in line with GMP. Monitor KPIs, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Lead all aspects of production: planning, staffing, processes. Work closely with Quality and Global leadership to scale operations. Ensure GMP compliance and adherence to SOPs.

What You Bring

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and should confirm their eligibility in their application. Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management. Production management experience in pharma, medical devices, or regulated manufacturing. Not steady state pharma: this is hands-on, fast-paced and high-growth. Experience with site setups or scale-ups desirable. Hands-on leadership style.
