Tasks
-Create and monitor project budgets, manage cost controls, and identify opportunities for efficiency without compromising quality. -Lead and inspire construction teams, site supervisors, and vendors, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and excellence. -Identify potential risks and implement proactive strategies to minimize project disruptions. -Conduct inspections and implement quality assurance measures at every project phase. -Uphold the highest standards of workmanship, safety, and compliance with building codes, accessibility standards, and company policies. -Act as the primary liaison between ownership, developers, and internal stakeholders—providing regular updates, forecasts, and risk assessments. -Develop and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring seamless collaboration among architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors. -Ensure clear communication, strong collaboration, and adherence to project goals. -Anticipate challenges, resolve issues proactively, and maintain momentum across all milestones. -Secure all necessary permits and approvals, ensuring full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. -Lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution to ensure successful delivery of every project. -Oversee the full lifecycle of multifamily construction projects, including new developments, major renovations, and capital improvements. -Build trusted relationships through transparency, responsiveness, and solution-oriented leadership. -Negotiate contracts and bids to ensure the best value and performance from partners.

What You Bring
-Proven track record managing complex, multi-site construction projects. -Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in construction management, with at least 3 years focused on multifamily projects (market-rate or affordable housing). -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience). -Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. -Strong knowledge of multifamily construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements. -Proficiency in project management and scheduling software. -Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed. -OSHA 30-Hour, PMP, or LEED certification preferred.
