Tasks

-Assist customers experiencing issues with the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution following standard operating procedures. -Handle calls primarily through phone interactions using the T2 Flex software system. -Consistently show up for weekend shifts, ensuring reliable support for our operations. -Support the intercom line setup at 180 entry/exit lanes within campus garages.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word. -A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a call center, hospitality, or parking environment. -Experience in handling intercom systems or similar technology. -Communicate effectively and de-escalate situations with a diverse clientele, including students, faculty, patients, and visitors. -Capacity to work independently and in a team during quieter weekend shifts. -Strong communication, de-escalation, and problem-solving skills. -A high school diploma is required, while an Associate's degree is preferred.
