Overview

Perform maintenance requests, emergency repairs, and renovations for residential properties.

Tasks

-Address Maintenance Requests within 72 hours -Perform on-call emergency maintenance -Coordinate inspections of turnover suites with Customer Care Team -Assist with snow removal -Ensure to have all tools on the tool list prior to end of probationary period (list provided during interview) -Ensure contractors complete their work per established quality standards -Preventative Maintenance inspections and reporting

What You Bring

-Working knowledge of English language both verbal and written -Ability to fix the problem correctly the first time -Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service -3 years renovation experience an asset -Valid driver’s license -Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting -Own reliable vehicle -Group RRSP matching -Vacant suite maintenance and touch ups per established quality standards -Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment -Demonstrates a positive attitude, enthusiasm and assertiveness -2 years maintenance service experience required -Familiarity with technology is an asset -Excellent time-management skills -Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment
