-Design and implement stormwater management systems and ensure compliance with NPDES permitting. -Oversee project engineering tasks including grading and drainage. -Provide mentorship to staff and contribute to departmental growth. -Lead and manage land development projects from inception to completion. -Utilize Civil 3D and AutoCAD Civil 3D for effective site development and civil design.
