The Role

Overview

Oversee daily parking enrollment, vendor support, and employee transportation services.

Tasks

-Maintain an organized and accurate filing system -Maintain office hours to assist CHA employees with all parking and transportation related services -Prepare weekly payroll reports of CHA employee parking deductions data -Responsible for the day to day operations of assisting customers with enrolling, changing or cancelling their parking -Attend twice monthly new CHA employee orientations to present parking options and facilitate program enrollment -Assist contracted vendors and other non-employees with their parking needs -Assist CHA Benefit eligible employees with MBTA enrollment

What You Bring

-Must be well organized, a self-starter and able to work independently -You are at least 18 years old. -Hands-on experience in operating MS Excel, Office & Outlook -Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with all levels one-on-one and in public group settings -Operations and administrative experience preferred -Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills -Work efficiently, effectively and accurately -Strong attention to details and accuracy
