The Role
Overview
Maintain accurate product and supplier data, pricing and compliance across platforms.

Tasks
-Support internal compliance to meet externally achieved accreditations: audits/Certification/Manuals/Processes e.g. CMi / MHS / Red Tractor / MSC / Organic (Soil Assoc.) / Freedom Foods, etc -Ensure administration of product data is robust -Liaise with suppliers on detailed product information such as allergens/origin -Share ideas and develop new ways of working to improve company performance and employee engagement. -Complete weekly reporting as required -Maintain website product offering and configurations -Own new product process to include - timely set up of new products including descriptions, warehouse management, buying screen configurations and pricing structure -To ensure the integrity of product and technical data is maintained and excellent service levels are consistently achieved in the delivery of product data and technical assistance to internal departments, customers and suppliers -Collate and update product specifications and COSSH sheets

What You Bring
-Strong I.T and administration skills, numeracy, and a good level of English. -A good team player, with attention to detail and good problem-solving skills that follows processes in place and prioritises business improvement. -Experience in product or supplier data management and pricing updates. -An action-oriented individual, who is solutions focused, can manage multiple priorities, and deliver results on time. -Experience working within the Foodservice sector, or other similar operation. -Experience working as a Data Administrator or Administrator. -Understanding of technical data platforms -Demonstrate professionalism and deliver an awesome customer experience to both internal and external customers. -Demonstrate commitment to and support our Environmental, Social and Governance goals in how daily tasks and responsibilities are carried out. -Experience in uploading or managing 3rd party product data -Knowledge of food legislation/ HACCP -Customer Service Focus, Excellent communication, interpersonal, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills. -Familiarity with product compliance, specifications, allergens, and barcoding.
