-Prepare detailed cash flow projections and return metrics (IRR, NPV, yield). -Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding office market conditions and investment opportunities. -Liaise with office tenants, property managers, and building owners throughout the transaction process. -Create compelling pitch materials and investment memorandums that win mandates. -Execute high-profile office transactions and deliver comprehensive market analysis. -Develop financial models and investment recommendations for institutional clients. -Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional office investors, understanding their specific portfolio strategies and investment criteria. -Manage end-to-end sale campaigns including data room preparation and vendor/buyer liaison.
