Tasks

-Driving asset management opportunities that enhance property performance and value -Maintaining and utilising our suite of property management and accounting systems -Conducting property inspections and producing reports -Assisting with fielding helpdesk enquiries -Working with our facilities colleagues to ensure strict H&S compliance of the managed portfolios -Overseeing rent collection and proactively managing arrears -Building strong working relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors -Collaborating with client accounting to deliver a best in class service -Supporting the preparation of service charge budgets and reconciliations -Coordinating and reviewing planned maintenance works -Undertaking rent reviews and lease renewals -Producing accurate and timely client reports that inform strategic decisions

What You Bring

We are seeking a Chartered Surveyor with significant post qualification experience and good working knowledge of all relevant legislature including L&T Act 1954, L&T Cov. Act 1995. The post holder will have strong client management and communication skills and will have the ability to drive business initiatives forward in a confident and personable manner. The role involves travel so a valid driving license is required.
