Manage leasing strategy, tenant acquisition, and lease administration for a retail mall.

Tasks

-Jointly with the Leasing Team, consistently review the leasing strategy plan to improve on the retail mix, maximise occupancy and rent income -Negotiation on new and renewal leases -Preparation of leasing meeting slides, marketing kit and management report -Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships, tenant management -Preparation and tracking of lease documentation, e-filing and update lease management system -Monitor and track tenants’ performance and compliance with the lease agreement

What You Bring

-Requirement as a CEA registered salesperson is a must -Meticulous, ability to multi-task and work within tight timeline -Possess positive disposition, independent, resourceful and a team player -Active prospecting for desirable tenant mix, including cold calling, site viewing etc. -Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent -Proficient in Microsoft office, especially in Excel -Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail mall -Good written and spoken communication skills, with strong negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
