Finance Administrator

Overview

Administer finance and operational tasks for FM contracts, including invoicing, PO, reporting.

Tasks

-Run and review Profit & Loss reports monthly and influence P&L result. -Create accurate Purchase Orders in a timely manner. -Regularly review and process supplier invoices. -Run & review debt report weekly. -Create monthly customer report with contract manager. -Raise sales invoices (complete billing) in line with company deadlines at the correct margin. -Schedule engineers across our client sites. -Ensure QHSE documentation is maintained and readily available using CBRE systems eLogbooks, Hazard Reports, training & competency records, PPE, toolbox talks. -Attend & participate in weekly/monthly Contract Review & finance meetings. -Plan and arrange call outs, maintenance visits, delivery of materials, Extra Works within contracted SLAs. -Create/raise Extra Works jobs. -Collate and process timesheets and expenses weekly. -Take calls from the client & send jobs to engineers. -Review all open orders & follow up. -Manage CAFM system as key user on site including PPM records, reactives and reporting.
