Tasks
As Office Manager, you will be the linchpin of the office ensuring that everything runs smoothly, that everyone feels supported, and that the office environment reflects the company’s premium positioning. You will also provide PA-level support to the founder and Managing Director and administrative help to a 40 strong London based team. With a ‘no job too big or too small’ mindset and the freedom to shape the role, this is an exciting opportunity to make it your own. -Oversee the day-to-day running of the office: facilities, supplies, maintenance, meeting spaces, welcoming visitors and clients -Be the sole administrative coordinator for a 40 strong team including Directors: support meetings, prepare materials, manage filing, assist with project-work admin -Plan company events and socials (e.g., the Christmas party), coordinate vendors, venues and logistics -Manage weekly office and food supplies orders, ensuring the office is always fully equipped and comfortable -Develop and maintain office systems, procedures and best practices: improving how things work, making things more efficient -Meet and greet visitors with professionalism, ensuring a warm, efficient reception experience -Coordinate with suppliers and service providers (cleaners, catering, equipment) -Provide PA support to the Founder and MD: supporting their diaries, booking travel and accommodation, arranging meetings

What You Bring
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and experience with booking systems/travel logistics is a plus -Reliable and self-motivated - enjoys being the ‘go-to’ person in the office -Positive, flexible attitude and a willingness to get involved and take ownership -Proven experience as an Office Manager, EA/PA or similar role in a busy, professional environment -Exceptionally organised, with the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks confidently -Comfortable with the full range of big and small tasks - from travel booking and diary management to ordering snacks and resolving printer issues -Confident, personable and professional – you will be meeting clients and senior executives
