Overview

Coordinates mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction activities and ensures quality.

Tasks

-Log and post all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings. -Supervise the installation of MEP work, and other work as deemed appropriate by management. -Participate in all meetings conducted by the Superintendent with foremen. -Lead periodic (as warranted by the job) on site coordination meetings with the subcontractors’ foremen. -Assist PM with scope review, budgeting, and justification of MEP change order work. -Validate design issues and develop suggested alternative solutions before forwarding them to the PM. -Assist the design team in resolution of MEP issues. -Lead the coordination drawings process and facilitate problem solving, as may arise, between MEP subcontractors during the coordination drawings process. -Assist PM in receipt and review of MEP submittals.

What You Bring

-Bachelors degree: Engineering, Construction Management, or Business -Minimum of five (5) years of construction experience with working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction procedures and practices. This position requires a successful track record in all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction.
