The Role

Overview

Coordinate training programs, manage LMS, and support employee development.

Tasks

-Assist in conducting organization-wide needs assessment and identify knowledge gaps that need to be addressed. -Maintain training records and development activities through the LMS -Schedule and coordinate internal trainings -Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session -Processing L&D related invoice, external trainer travel and accommodations and other administrative tasks -Hands on management of the learning management system, including curation of content, course evaluation and troubleshooting for the UX experience -Track progress of employees through learning pathways and communicate and encourage continued growth -Market company training opportunities and provide information on benefits to encourage participation -Create training aids and relevant internal collateral -Ensure timely completion of projects by meeting deadlines and milestones while working both independently and collaboratively within the team -Research and collaborate new training methods that will engage associates and reinforce learning objective -Consult with internal customers in choosing the appropriate training methods for internal training inquiries

What You Bring

-Beginner Instructional Design -Must be self-driven, detail oriented and able to work independently -Proficient in MS Office Suite -Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments -Familiar with a variety of multimedia training methods and platforms -Knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation -Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development and adult learning theory -Strong verbal and written communication skills -Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalency.
