Oversee quality control for all proposal documents, pricing sheets, and submission packages.
Mentor junior team members and ensure adherence to best practices.
Lead the complete bid lifecycle—from RFP receipt to final submission—ensuring strategic, compliant, and high-quality deliverables.
Serve as the main point of contact with clients, consultants, and external partners for technical and commercial clarifications.
Improve bid templates, knowledge databases, and internal processes to increase efficiency and win rates.
Develop bid strategies, including programmers, compliance matrices, deliverable schedules, and risk assessments.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to obtain technical inputs, clarify scope, and plan resources.
Represent the company in pre-bid meetings, negotiations, and tender clarifications.
Review and enhance technical proposals, methodologies, and scope descriptions tailored to each project.

8–10+ years of experience in engineering consultancy with significant involvement in major bids.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Architecture, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Interior Design, etc.).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Strong knowledge of Saudi authority procedures, regulatory submissions, and design workflows.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with InDesign, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus.
Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
Confident in interacting with senior stakeholders.
