Tasks

-Collaborate with our offshore AP team to ensure accurate invoice processing. -Assist with supplier uploads and resolve system interface errors. -Help process contract payment applications and ensure invoices are received and paid on time. -Maintain financial controls and adhere to approval limits. -Investigate and resolve invoice queries and disputes promptly. -Support the Accounts Payable Manager and Senior Accounts Payable Assistant in processing supplier payments via purchase orders, contract payment applications, and non-PO processes. -Manage the Onshore Accounts Team mailbox, responding to internal and external queries.
