Tasks

-Making sure there are adequate cleaning and repair supplies. -Assisting with emergency response service (such as sidewalk snow removal). -Helping residents with deliveries (such as groceries, newspapers, dry cleaning, packages, etc.). -Taking out trash and recycling. -Bringing any safety, physical appearance, or maintenance issues to a manager’s attention. -Inspecting furniture, décor, and other fixtures for any needed repairs or deep cleaning. -Cleaning common areas.
