Tasks

-This role is critical for ensuring efficient asset management, preventive maintenance scheduling, and work order execution across our operations. -Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance operations -Formulates and defines business scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of business and industry requirements. With this knowledge, develops or modifies complex business process. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary. -Document system configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures -Conduct training sessions for end-users on PM module functionality -Create and manage maintenance master data including equipment, technical locations, and bill of materials -Works in all phases of systems analysis and considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment. -Manage the complete maintenance lifecycle from planning and scheduling to execution and closure of maintenance activities -Configure and optimize maintenance planning and scheduling strategies -Collaborate with other functional teams (Finance, Production, Materials Management) to ensure process integration -Participate in system upgrades, patches, and continuous improvement initiatives -Involved in the installation and tuning of modification, as well as archiving data. Ensures compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and other regulations. -Participates in project initiation and defines high-level requirements. -Performs independent research within business to resolve business issues and process improvements. Performs functional analysis, requirements, definition and application module configuration and testing. -Is responsible for the identification of and resolution of gaps in the business processes. Involved in security/authorization set-up, user documentation, data interface design, data migration and reconciliation. -Works to create Centers of Excellence based on best practices. -Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PM-related issues -Facilitates process to gather/establish business requirements. -Design implementing, and optimizing and configure SAP PM module functionalities including maintenance plans, work orders, and preventive maintenance strategies -Participates in business strategies, objectives and drivers. -May participate in hardware/software selection, and vendor selection. -Is responsible for conducting prototypes, developing functional specifications, data mapping, function mapping, setting of configuration tables and setting of transaction/control tables. -Acts as a champion in standards and methodology governance, preforming code, design and standard reviews for others within the department. -Develop and maintain work management processes aligned with business requirements and best practices

What You Bring

-Ability to facilitate interactive design and functional specification sessions. -Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms. Excellent technical writing and system documentation skills -Strong knowledge of maintenance planning , work orders (WO), and maintenance scheduling -Expertise in SAP PM master data management and data quality -Knowledge of work center definitions, operations, and resource planning -Knowledge of systems and/or business analysis design concepts. Demonstrated proficiency in the applied use of systems and process analysis tools. Full system life cycle experience, including development lifecycle methodologies. -5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance module implementation and support -Good organizational skills, with the ability to meet objectives and effectively multi-task. -Possesses full technical knowledge of phases of software development life cycle. -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. -Exposure to Fiori applications for PM functionality -Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform and cloud-based PM solutions -Has a thorough understanding of the business processes and flows to enable the analysis of business requirements and the development of solutions for the business functions. -Must be a “team player” able to work with management in developing and implementing new processes and enabling systems. Able to work with end user groups to define application needs and identify feasible solutions. -Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. -Experience with preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and breakdown maintenance processes -Knowledge of S/4HANA new features for predictive maintenance -Ability to work with all levels of the organization, both technical and non-technical. -Experience with mobile maintenance solutions in S/4HANA -Detailed understanding and experience: 5+ years hands-on systems experience in one or more (specialized technical requirements as shown in technical addendum) modules appropriate for the job (or other related functional area experience). -Understanding of PM integration with other SAP modules (Materials Management, Finance, Production) -Experience migrating or working with SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance module -Demonstrated project management skills for smaller projects. -Proactive, self-motivated with the ability to motivate others and a customer-focused service attitude. -5+ years IT experience, including several years of systems development experience in the design and development of department-wide or enterprise-wide applications. -Proficiency in configuring equipment hierarchies, bill of materials (BOM), and technical locations -Understanding of digital transformation initiatives in maintenance management -Strong analytical problem-solving and conceptual skills.
