Tasks
-Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of client issues. -Oversee order processing, dispatch planning, credit control, and payment follow-ups. -Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. -Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer preferences. -Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure profitable growth. -Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. -Track sales performance against KPIs and present insights to senior management -Prepare annual sales budgets, forecasts, and periodic performance reports. -Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and ethical practices. -Identify new business opportunities, markets, and product segments. -Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients (dealers, distributors, fabricators, EPC contractors, OEMs, etc.). -Provide feedback to management to support product development and pricing strategies. -Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. -Set performance objectives and review team performance periodically. -Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless supply and service.

What You Bring
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with over 8+ years of proven experience in the Iron and Steel industry. The ideal candidate will lead the sales operations, develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, build strong client relationships, and expand the company’s market presence across regions. -In-depth knowledge of Iron & Steel products (e.g., TMT bars, angles, channels, coils, sheets, structural steel, MS Pipes etc.) -Proficiency in MS Office & CRM software. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Metallurgy / Business Administration (MBA preferred). -Leadership and team management abilities. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. -Strong B2B & Institutional sales background. -Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the Iron & Steel industry, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
