Tasks

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support the management of renewable energy assets, including solar, wind, and BESS. The role involves assisting with portfolio operations, ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance, and preparing performance and financial reports. -Support the preparation of performance and analytical reports for operating projects. -Develop an understanding of project performance, weather, and operational data for operating projects through event tickets and O & M work orders. Understand the use of the data in required reporting. -Develop the ability to submit FERC, EIA and other regulatory compliance obligations with support of internal team members and 3rd parties. -Support team with Problem resolution activities -Effectively use document administration platforms and data rooms for project specific documents. -Learn the commercial, contractual, regulatory, and reporting obligations of an operating portfolio of renewable energy assets (solar, wind, BESS). Learn to execute tasks to ensure portfolio compliance with all project agreements -Provide excellent customer service internally and externally -Learn the processes for and assist in billing and revenue tracking, invoice tracking, SREC administration, settlements and other financial deliverables. -Assist Portfolio Managers and other team members in tracking and fulfilling on-going tasks and deliverables use Radian Digital software to drive workflow by managing tasks, tracking operations, administering contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and financial reporting. -Learn the process for documenting SOP's.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates have strong analytical and organizational skills, and an eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment. Prior experience in renewable energy or asset management is an advantage. Flexibility to work in late shifts (2 PM–10:30 PM or 6 PM–2:30 AM) is required. REQUIRED SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE -Work-related experience in renewable energy / power generation preferred -Adapts to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and deal with frequent interruptions, changes, delays or unexpected events. -Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills. Both written and verbal -Experience with data analysis, reporting and presentation -Team player: Effective at using interpersonal connections and customer service skills to achieve team goals. Proactive in supporting the PM and the team. -Familiarity with commercial renewable energy contracts -Strong Interpersonal and Customer Service skills -Able to analyze data and create reports -Familiarity with solar PV, wind or BESS equipment and system design -Experience in a service provider environment -Root cause analysis and problem solving skills -Understand personal accountability for overall portfolio success. -Able to understand basic accounting and budget management. -At least 1+ years working with operating renewable energy assets: solar, wind or BESS asset management or operations. -Familiarity with grid-tied photovoltaic, wind or BESS system design, operation, and management -Demonstrates passion to learn in a rapidly growing often unstructured environment. Always looking to learn, grow and expand their knowledge. -Customer Service Experience -Familiarity with data analysis, cost benefit analyses, project reporting and presentation -Familiarity with Community Solar management -B.E or B.Tech from a reputed college / university -Familiarity with asset management software systems & third-party monitoring platforms -Able to read, interpret and extract critical information from various types of contracts. -Able to take ownership of tasks and pursue to completion. -Business writing experience -Expertise in MS Office MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project) and Adobe PDF toolsets -Familiarity with C & I and utility-scale renewable energy projects. -Comfortable working in 2nd and 3rd shifts 2 pm to 10.30 pm and 6 pm to 2.30 am -Able to plan and organize meetings and communications with clients and other external stakeholders.
