Tasks

-Responsible for overall team management, staff development and planning. Execute staff succession and growth plans. -Maintain interface with client, and third -party owners (Landlords), ensuring adherence to risk and compliance, accurate and timely reporting, and resolve critical impact tenant relations issues -Manage the performance and outcomes of assigned staff reporting to the position -Prepare, submit and manage facility budgets with the clients’ goals and objectives addressed, track variances and ensure smooth recovery process -Ensure compliance with portfolio wide initiatives and required local, state, and federal laws and regulations that pertain to the operating of facilities entrusted to the Facility Partners to manage on behalf of the client as owner -Involved in compensation planning process -Manage, coordinate, and exercise functional responsibility for Facility Management services within assigned facilities and geography -For every direct report, build actionable and measurable career development plans; direct report in consistent conversations regarding progress -Provide overall facility services in accordance with accounts’ standard processes and procedures including application of policies and programs, coordination of information -Support and deliver efficient process management and continuously improve work and initiative planning, scheduling, and execution.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in Excel with strong data analysis capabilities and experience managing office properties -Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills combined with knowledge of standard business and accounting practices -Demonstrated ability to pivot and adapt in dynamic environments while effectively managing risks and maintaining operational excellence -8+ years of experience in multi-site office facilities management -Strong leadership, interpersonal, and relationship building skills with proven ability to deliver excellent internal and external customer service through a solution-minded problem solving approach -A bachelors degree or higher
