Overview

Assist store manager with admin, customer service, inventory, and sales tasks

Key Responsibilities

• complaint reporting
• inventory counting
• order packing
• data entry
• customer service
• quote creation

Tasks

-Record and report any customer complaints to the Trade Stores Manager regarding product and / or service via Knauf's complaint and customer procedures -Assist with stock take / inventory counts process to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained -Picking & Packing customer orders -Administration duties including data entry and email management -Dealing with Customers face-to-face, via email & over the phone -Creating Quotes

What You Bring

-Successful completion of pre-employment medical -Previous trade experience is highly desirable -Experience in the use of SAP -Experience working in a highly unionised environment -Valid Driver’s Licence -Prior experience in building services within the retail or commercial space -Full/unrestricted Australian working rights -Valid Police Check -Forklift License
