Preconstruction Engineer

Assist in preconstruction tasks, coordination, documentation, and field support.

Tasks

-Provide support to field personnel during construction, ensuring design intent is accurately translated to the field. May be required to work on-site as needed. -Support MEP coordination with other trade contractors. -Aid in the construction as-built and documentation process. -Assist in interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications. -Maintain logs, responsible for the submittal and RFI process, and report updates to senior engineers and project managers. -Generate and distribute meeting minutes. -Attend site meetings and visits to document existing conditions. -Assist and collaborate with the engineering team in developing designs to meet project goals. -Participate in pre-bid meetings. -Keep all stakeholders informed of changes and modifications made throughout the construction process.
