Tasks

-Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow. -Use hand and power tools to cut, measure, and fit materials to precise dimensions. -Inspect finished assemblies for accuracy, alignment, and compliance with quality standards. -Secure components using bolting, fastening, and other mechanical techniques. -This role involves working with hand and power tools in a manufacturing setting. -Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance assembly processes and productivity. -Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored. -Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to quality control checklists. -Assemble structural frames and components according to assembly drawings and specifications.

What You Bring

-Good communication skills and ability to complete documentation accurately. -Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. -Knowledge of quality control standards and safety procedures. -Experience in carpentry, mechanical assembly, or a related trade. -Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings. -Previous experience assembling structural or industrial components. -Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials as needed. -Familiarity with manufacturing or construction environments. -Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments. -May require standing, lifting, bending, and working with various materials for extended periods. -Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
