Tasks
-Lead the development of budgets and project scopes. -Contributing to impactful healthcare projects and guiding them from concept to completion. -Building Performance - Control systems, fault detection, energy services, and remote monitoring. -Develop a deep understanding of project financials and contribute to strategic planning. -Represent MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions as the face of the company, guiding projects from start to finish. -Special Projects - Retrofits and mechanical repairs for existing buildings to create new efficiencies. -Service - Scheduled preventive maintenance ensuring tenant comfort and 24/7 emergency response. -Oversee proposal development, estimating, and project execution. -New Construction - Engineering, fabrication, and installation of mechanical systems for new projects, following lean construction practices. -Build and strengthen relationships with owners and general contractor counterparts. -Collaborate seamlessly across departments to ensure the successful delivery of all services. -Manage project operations, ensuring all needs are met efficiently and effectively.
