Tasks

As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for supporting the Chief Quantity Surveyor in the commercial management of various housing projects. You will report to the Commercial Director and work within a close-knit team of surveyors. -Can manage multiple projects at any one time under the supervision of the Senior Quantity Surveyor -Appointing sub-contractors following tender comparisons and certifying sub-contractor payments -Manage own sites after training completion
