Overview

Install commercial wall/ceiling items like partitions, accessories, and displays.

Key Responsibilities

• supervision
• conflict resolution

• wall inspection

Tasks

-Oversee less experienced installers/laborers. -Identify/Resolve conflicts in site-specific conditions prior to road blocks in plan. -Measures and marks surface to hang work according to blueprints and drawings. -Inspects wall surfaces for imperfections.

-Ability to work in a team environment. -Has the experience to be safe with baker scaffolding, and ladders. -Compliant with safety procedures. -Positive attitude and commitment to acquire trade knowledge and quality excellence. -Blinds and electronic blinds experience. -Ability to work independently on jobsites. -Must have 3 years of experience and skills to perform. -Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish). -Understands how to install bathroom partitions and accessories. -Demonstrates solid verbal and written communication skills; listens to instruction. -Competent to instruct and inspect a quality produced Installation. -Experience with all types and ranges of commercial Items.
