Tasks

-Conduct monthly quality control checks and provide actionable feedback -Manage recruitment, onboarding, and team growth -Report weekly performance metrics to senior management -Handle Stage 1 formal complaints with professionalism and care -Build strong relationships with landlords, especially those at risk -Raise fees and manage expired S21 claims -Lead monthly 1-1s and quarterly reviews to support team development and host morning meetings. -Ensure compliance and quality in property takeovers -Deliver structured training and real time coaching
