Tasks

-Provide support for minor service calls as needed -Effectively prepares the jobsite for set up and tear down to assure work can be performed in an efficient and safe manner and the worksite is left clean -Set up and tear down tarps, runners, plastic, etc. (i.e., floor and furniture protections) -Assist in delivering homeowner delight -Collaborate with other installers on the project throughout the installation project to maximize efficiencies -Assess jobsite for hazards prior to commencement of work and address hazards, as needed -Assures jobsite safety practices and procedures are followed at the jobsite, including but not limited to, PPE, fall protection, power tool use, and proper lifting requirements -Complete a daily tool audit

What You Bring

-Basic understanding and knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practices -Ability to pull tools, inspect, and stage of all product types on the job, as needed -Proper usage and understanding of PP -Ability to read a tape measure -Clear communicator -Ability to lift up to 83 pounds -Demonstrates responsible attendance and punctuality -Valid Driver’s License with ability to pass a fleet check -Safety knowledge of all equipment -Organizational skills for managing work schedules, job priorities and stock levels -Basic math skills -Initiative; ability to work independently -High School Diploma or equivalent experience -Consistently provides flawless first-time window and door installation -Basic construction techniques
