Tasks

-Lead sales development efforts for the data center segment in North America, building a strong pipeline of sales opportunities -Act as the go to expert and main point of contact for data center customers guiding them from first engagement through to implementation -Collaborate across Danfoss segments to deliver integrated solutions that solve customer needs and support long term relationships -Champion an exceptional customer experience by orchestrating touchpoints across the organization and ensuring consistency at every step -Use your technical and commercial expertise to clearly communicate the value of Danfoss HVAC/R solutions in data center applications

What You Bring

-Proven ability to build relationships across all levels of customer organizations from technical stakeholders to senior decision makers -Comfortable in a matrixed cross cultural team environment with both domestic and international collaboration -Willing and able to travel up to 70% primarily within the US with some international travel as needed -Experience in the US data center market with a strong understanding of HVAC/R systems and sales, existing industry network in the data center space is a strong advantage -Self motivated and goal driven with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or relevant equivalent experience -Hands on experience with CRM and sales management tools plus strong business planning and forecasting skills
