Oversee end‑to‑end property development projects from feasibility to construction completion.

Tasks
-Lead regular site and consultant meetings during construction phases -Manage development projects from feasibility and planning through to construction and completion -Contribute to commercial decision-making, including acquisitions, contract negotiations, and funding strategies -Oversee site due diligence, feasibility modelling, and risk assessment -Monitor project programs and proactively manage any delivery risks or delays -Coordinate planning approvals with consultants and authorities -Liaise with key stakeholders, including local councils, JV partners, contractors, and internal teams -Work closely with the delivery and construction teams to ensure project milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met

What You Bring
-Proven experience working with consultant teams and managing project programs -7+ years of experience in property development -Strong understanding of planning pathways, feasibility modelling, and development processes -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills -Commercially astute, organised, and proactive in approach -Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, Architecture or a related discipline
