Tasks

-Work closely will all departments to ensure a smooth transition of information once a quoted opportunity becomes a job. -Work directly with vendors when selecting and obtaining quotations for electrical components. -Work effectively to support sales, engineering, operations, and the project management team. -Interpret technical information provided by the customer and produce material costs and technical proposals. -Perform all duties in a safe manner and promotes “Safety First” mentality across team

What You Bring

-4-year degree in project management, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or related field -Familiarity with industry standards (NEC, ANSI, NEMA, UL, IEEE) and ability to interpret electrical and mechanical design specifications. -Strong problem-solving and communication skills; capable of coordinating across engineering, sales, and manufacturing teams. -Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-mix production environment with shifting priorities. -Understand customer needs and interface directly with customers at times. -Ability to read and interpret single-line diagrams, wiring schematics, and product specifications for system integration. -Strong understanding of low- and medium-voltage switchgear, power distribution centers, and related electrical power systems. -Experience preparing technical proposals, cost estimates, and submittal packages for custom-engineered products. -Skilled in analyzing customer requirements and translating them into cost-effective, manufacturable solutions. -Experience and understanding of low and medium voltage switchgear, motor control centers, power monitoring, power distribution, will be helpful. -Experience in a manufacturing related environment preferred
