The Role
Overview
Train to manage lettings, inspections, and landlord‑tenant relations in Cambridge.

Tasks
-Managing complaints -Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports -Resolving rental arrears -Processing eviction requests -Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants -Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals -Booking and conducting property inspections -Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards -Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
