Tasks

-Research and analyze the network environment to support monitoring network activities (to avoid false positives events) -Engages with suppliers on new monitoring requirements or unsatisfactory performance and implements external partners-related service improvement initiatives and programs -Analyze and understand the organization’s network and system requirements and implement monitoring improvements. -Collaborate and work with the team to bring out effective monitoring solutions for networks. -Reviews and analyzes the efficiency of existing monitoring setup for a site or an app with a focus on optimization, standardization, and automation. -Install, configure, and maintain network monitoring solution in-house. -Provides consultation, advice, and supports the network monitoring service for the respective stakeholders.
