Tasks
-Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies. -Use your network to uncover new opportunities and grow the stormwater pipeline. -Act as the key client contact, building strong and lasting relationships. -Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver quality outcomes. -Lead stormwater projects from master planning to detailed design and construction. -Help solve complex challenges in land development, transport, and flood management. -Collaborate across disciplines to align with client goals, regulations, and best practice. -Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.

What You Bring
-Strong understanding of New Zealand’s regulatory environment, including the Resource Management Act and Building Code -Knowledge of 12d Water Network Editor, Civil 3D Storm and Sanitary Analysis (SSA), Hec-Ras, TuFlow, InfoWorks ICM, or other hydraulic modelling suite -10–15 years’ experience (within a consultancy) with a degree in Civil, Environmental, or Natural Resources Engineering. A professional accreditation is desirable. -Significant stormwater design experience and knowledge of modelling and GIS software. -Knowledge of Civil 3D or 12d -Strong commercial acumen with proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, supported by an established network within the stormwater industry.
