Tasks

-Design, develop, and deploy automation processes using Blue Prism in accordance with defined standards. -Develop and maintain Blue Prism objects and processes, ensuring scalability and reliability. -Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and participate in UAT support. -Support production releases, updates, and post-deployment maintenance. -Collaborate with business analysts and process SMEs to identify, assess, and document automation opportunities. -Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing automations. -Work closely with infrastructure and control room teams to schedule and monitor bot executions. -Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents (SDDs), PDDs, and deployment plans. -Stay updated on RPA best practices and contribute to continuous process improvement.

What You Bring

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. -Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments. -3 to 5 years of total IT experience, with at least 2+ years in Blue Prism RPA development. -Good understanding of RPA architecture, queue management, and exception handling. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Strong hands-on experience in Blue Prism process design, object development, and control room management. -Proficiency in C# / .NET / VB scripting and understanding of SQL Server / Oracle databases. -Blue Prism Developer Certification is mandatory.
