Project Controls Specialist/Scheduler

Tasks

-Collaborate across Project Management and Accounting to validate costs and support compliance. -Ensure earned value systems are accurate and audit-ready. -Lead Interactive Project Planning Meetings (IPPM) and translate strategy into execution. -Conduct field audits and quality checks to ensure project controls deliverables meet the mark. -Run schedule simulations and provide actionable insights to project teams. -Own the schedule: develop, maintain, and analyze multi-level timelines with logic ties. -Review and approve purchase orders, subcontracts, and change orders. -Architect and manage project controls using Enterprise Planning & Controls software. -Forecast costs, cash flows, and resource needs with confidence. -Support forensic analysis and material takeoffs to keep projects grounded in reality. -Build Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) that bring clarity to complexity.
