We’re looking for a Planning and Delivery Manager – Operational Technology (OT) Communications to take a strategic leadership role in our Digital Operations team. This newly created position will drive the development and execution of our Operational Technology (OT) Communications roadmap, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory priorities across all lines of business.

  • Provide strategic input into regulatory submissions (TRR, EDPR, GAR).
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to align technology with business outcomes.
  • Manage a high-performing team and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Drive prioritisation, planning, and governance of the OT Communications investment program.
  • Lead the development of a long-term OT Communications masterplan across Transmission, Distribution, Gas and contestable businesses.

  • Consulting or telco experience highly desirable, especially in commercial or strategic roles.
  • 8+ years’ experience in strategy and planning.
  • Comfortable working in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Degree in business, finance, accounting, or engineering.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience engaging ELT-level stakeholders.
  • Technically curious, with the ability to translate engineering insights into business outcomes.
  • Proven ability in strategy development, problem solving, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Resilient under pressure, responsive to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
