The Role

Overview

Design and deliver wetlands and catchment projects for water infrastructure.

Tasks

-Providing general environmental support on a wide range of projects including fluvial and coastal flood risk management, water utility, rail, renewable energy projects and other large scale infrastructure. -Working with the Solutions by Nature, and Wider Binnies teams, to deliver whole lifecycle design phases and construction on Wetland and Catchment projects -Writing supporting documents for planning applications and other environmental consents. -Supporting environmental fieldwork and site assessments -Liaising with project teams, clients, stakeholders and the public as required.

What You Bring

-have some practical / theoretical experience of wetland and Catchment management schemes -Have an applied or theoretical experience of Natural Capital or Biodiversity Net Gain on schemes -have the ability to organise, manage and prioritise work, with or without supervision, in order to meet tight deadlines and deliver well-planned work schedules -have excellent written and oral communication -have an engineering / environmental related degree -hold a full UK driving licence
