The Role
Overview
Assist with portfolio valuations, reporting, budgeting and cash planning for industrial RE funds.

Tasks
-Assist in running fund and JV waterfalls to calculate fees and promotes. -Aggregate projected/historical cash flows from internal models and Yardi. -Respond to auditor inquiries and accounting requests -Utilize ongoing cash projections from properties to manage fund level cash projections. -Run DCF analyses and prepare summary valuation materials. -Scrub metrics, yields, and assumptions for accuracy. -Maintain capital allocation, debt, and REO schedules. -Upload KPIs to company platform to use for reporting purposes -Calculate return metrics and summarize KPI information to display in reporting packages. -Maintain historical equity flows and fund/asset return data. -Support budget modeling and assumption review with leadership. -Manage dashboards and performance databases. -Prepare quarterly investor letters, LPAC decks, and asset one-pagers. -Respond to data and analysis requests from leadership, investor relations, and accounting. -Support portfolio-level reporting and leadership presentations. -Create portfolio level models for potential recapitalization opportunities. -Manage cash planning inputs and weekly disposition tracker. -Prepare IC and LPAC materials for sales and portfolio updates. -Support quarterly reporting, fund model updates, and scenario analyses. -Validate promote calculations and assist with disposition analyses. -Pull and integrate Green Street and market data for quarterly valuations. -Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards to relay portfolio performance, financial analysis and market trends. -Perform fund and portfolio modeling, disposition analysis, fund level sensitivities, and promote calculations.

What You Bring
-2+ years professional experience in real estate private equity, fund analytics, or Big 4 -Exceptional organization, time-management and prioritization skills -Highly analytical and process-oriented, strong project management and problem-solving skills -Highly self-motivated and accountable, results-oriented -Strong verbal and written communication skills, details-oriented -Extensive modeling experience, advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint) -Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment -Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field -Argus certification a strong asset -Proficiency in reviewing and understanding financial statements
