Tasks

-Provide executive level briefing to senior management on overall project status, risks & mitigation strategies. -Develop and manage capital budgets, schedules, and resource plans for projects -Daily visit to the site, regular meeting with site agents / clients / consultants / sub-contractors to deal with any rising issues or difficulties -Lead/support the selection of EPC contractor and contract management -Collaborate with internal teams (design, procurement, operations, legal, business development etc) to align construction activities with business objectives -Liaise with EPC company & vendors / suppliers monitor and control the site progress to ensure work completed on-time, within scope and budget -Carry out the plan and construction drawing design, control the quality of drawings, oversee and coordinate the smooth execution across the construction, commissioning & handover phase. -Perform due diligences on brown field projects or assets acquisition of data centre -Involve and form strategy for construction of data centre from a constructability standpoint -Implement and enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards across all construction sites -Overall responsible for Data Center project execution and project management across the lifecycle of the project, -Lead & implement the project changes through change management process.

What You Bring

-Strong knowledge on the technical and techno commercial aspect of the data center project -University graduated in Building Services / Structural / Construction Management / Electrical Engineering / I.T. / Computer Science or related disciplines -Experience of leading the full lifecycle of data center construction projects from site selection, design & procurement through commissioning and handover Familiar with Data Center Design and Engineering Operations, with a deep understanding of electrical and mechanical data centre infrastructure -Familiar with local Data Center Construction regulations, standards and practices -Familiarity with LEED, Uptime Institute, and other industry standards -15+ years’ intensive experience in data centre -Knowledge of statutory permits associated with data center construction is preferred
