Branch Administrator

Overview

Handles branch admin tasks and supports sales team in a builders' merchant.

Tasks

-Maintaining the customer database -Dealing with customers face to face. -Ordering stationery and workwear/uniform -Managing the petty cash float -Answering the telephone -Preparing and depositing takings and completing bank books. -Purchasing materials and managing stock levels for the category -Dealing with customer and supplier invoice queries -Processing goods inwards paperwork -As part of this role, you will also be required to provide support to our sales team. Duties for this will involve: -Providing quotations for customers

What You Bring

-Previous administrative experience is essential, along with attention to detail and being highly organised. -Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Outlook -Builder's merchant experience preferred. -Builders’ merchant experience would be an advantage but not essential. -Good customer service skills -Great Attention to detail
