Tasks

-Support sourcing in establishing contracts with assigned suppliers. -Manage suppliers’ contracts, ensuring value assurance, inflation monitoring, and contract compliance. -Renegotiate price lists and contract renewals following category directions. -Manage supplier capacity as per business needs. -Leading supplier risk identification and mitigation planning. -Enable BH to be the customer of Choice. -Leading and managing strategic suppliers' engagement and acting as the primary interface for key suppliers. -Communicate with Executive leadership for the suppliers and internal Baker Hughes. -Planning and executing Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews (QBRs/ABRs) for key suppliers. -Monitor suppliers’ performance through KPIs monitoring and implement corrective actions when necessary. -Coordinating phase-out for suppliers exiting the KAM program. -Drive Supplier Innovation & Sustainability discussions.

What You Bring

-Strong communication and negotiation skills. -Demonstrate significant experience in Supplier Management, Category, and Sourcing. -Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Supply Chain certification desired. -Strategic thinking and business acumen. -Knowledge of category and sourcing strategies. -Cross-functional leadership and collaboration. -Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking. -Expertise in supplier relationship management. -Effective stakeholder engagement. -Experience in supply chain or procurement.
