Tasks

-Develop analytical solutions to support Planning and Infrastructure projects -Advise on geospatial best practices -Create and maintain GIS databases to store project data -Provide geospatial support on projects across the Americas -Recommend integrated data dissemination and visualization solutions -Work with internal technical and domain experts to design and implement geospatial solutions -Presentation and documentation of solutions to non-technical audiences -Advise on data collection approaches and best practices -Advise on data management and interoperability approaches and best practices, and deploy and maintain solutions on projects -Work with project teams to understand requirements and design solutions to support project delivery

What You Bring

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Candidate must be eligible to work in the US without the need for employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future to be considered for this role -Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in in GIS or a related field (Geography, Computer Science, Engineering, Urban Planning) -Innovative minds: We’re looking for critical thinkers who embrace new ideas and challenge the status quo. -Experience with web-based GIS (ArcGIS Online, HTML, CSS, Leaflet, PostGIS) -Experience and interest in applying spatial solutions to complex engineering problems -Expertise in desktop GIS software such as ArcGIS Pro or QGIS -Experience of working independently and with teams -Cartographic or 3D visualization experience -Must be eager to learn, highly motivated, proactive and willing to take on new challenges -Excellent planning and organization skills required for our fast-paced environment -Experience with Python or C#.NET -Experience of working with enterprise GIS solutions (ArcGIS Enterprise or open-source solutions)
